Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-graduate degree in social sciences, public health, Development Studies, Anthropology or any other relevant subjects, or equivalent professional degree
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To initiate actions for implementation of advocacy activities as per Annual Program Budget (APB)
∎ To prepare advocacy material and undertake advocacy activities
∎ To prepare annual report, brochures, posters, booklets, etc. and organize advocacy events
∎ To arrange seminars and workshops on advocacy as per Annual Program Budget
∎ To manage, motivate, train and appraise advocacy staff
∎ To design, plan and implement advocacy strategy of FPAB
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ 8 years experience (atleast 3 years in a relevant field in senior position)
∎ Extensive experience in advocacy with a strong commitment to human rights and general community services
∎ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Bangla and English
∎ Superior coordination and networking skills
Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Two yearly festival bonuses (each equivalent to one month's basic salary); Baishakhi allowance and other benefits as per FPAB Human Resource Manual.
