Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Deputy Country Director with good knowledge of ICT technologies and Project delivery, work with a team of product experts to create project team and lead project team to delivery successfully. Your responsibility will be to ensure project delivery successfully, closely collaborating with Huawei subcontractor.
∎ Starting Date
∎ As soon as possible
∎ • Deliver quality and cost optimized delivery proposal according to customer RFP.
∎ • Build project team and make project master plan according to contract SOW and timeline.
∎ • Lead Huawei project team during project delivery phase
∎ • Huawei project interface to customer project team, up to CXO level
∎ • Create and optimize project delivery methods.
∎ • Support special projects (e.g. trials, key product activities, etc).
∎ • Train local/regional project teams
∎ • Strong working knowledge of English (spoken and written)
∎ • Graduate degree in the any discrepancy but computer science is preferable.
∎ • Minimum 10 years of work experience in Senior Position of Telecommunication Sector.
∎ • This is a field-based position and working and living conditions may be very different to that previously experienced.
