∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Internet Browsing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare periodical financial reports and statements.
∎ Maintain Petty Cash Accounts.
∎ Prepare all bill vouchers for suppliers' payments on a regular basis.
∎ Maintain day-to-day transaction records and related accounts.
∎ Ensure logistics and supplies are timely through communication with Head Office.
∎ Maintain fixed assets register and other related records.
∎ Guide Assist Accountant (Cash, Store, and Logistics) to perform his daily work.
∎ Perform day-to-day transactions with banks.
∎ Preserve financial and other official records.
∎ The above contains the main outline of your duties. The organization may be assigned to other activities as when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent computer proficiency on MS Word and MS Excel,
∎ Good knowledge in budget preparation and financial reporting
∎ Calculation of depreciation and store management
∎ Work under pressure and fulfill the requirement within the deadline and willing to give additional time.
∎ Good behaviour with the colleagues in the office set-up
∎ Full cooperation and support to the colleagues
∎ Team work spirit
