Job Responsibilities:
∎ Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring
∎ Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic and enhance profitability
∎ Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
∎ Good representation of store products.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age 26 to 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Working experience in any branded departmental store in Bangladesh or abroad will be given much priority.
∎ For experienced candidates, age limit is relaxable.
∎ Studied or having working experience in abroad will get first priority.
∎ Goal oriented.
∎ Smart & hard worker.
∎ Administration capability.
