Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Formulate, Plan and implement a distinctive business strategy to achieve business goals and company's long-term sustainability.
∎ Support team members in all aspects of the sales process and keep them accountable to achieve business target with KPI.
∎ Achieve the target business through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance and projecting future performance.
∎ Lead sales team, guide & coach them. Follow up them regarding business deal and administrative supports.
∎ Regular visit in assigned branches to ensure training and potential high-end clients.
∎ Motivate team members to maintain a high-performance sales force.
∎ Meet with team members one-on-one weekly to review performance, progress, and targets.
∎ Developing new customers base through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, retention and customer satisfaction.
∎ Coordinate with the cross functional team in the business lines for diversification of product sales.
∎ Reporting as needed for head of Individual Business and Management weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis.
