∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Resort, Restaurant

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the preparation and production of Japanese or Italian Cuisine or Cold Kitchen for buffet and a la carte menu to ensure that they are in compliance with the prescribed recipes and specifications.
∎ Supervise and assist the team in kitchen in shift operations and ensures compliance with all Food & Beverage policies, standards and procedures.
∎ Maintain food preparation handling and correct storage standards.
∎ Recognize superior quality products, presentations and flavor.
∎ Communication production needs to key personnel.
∎ Assist in developing daily and seasonal menu items.
∎ Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (e.g., HACCP, OSHA, ASI and Health Department).
∎ Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.
∎ Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation.
∎ Serve as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors.
∎ Ensure employees are cross-trained to support successful daily operations.
∎ Assist Chef in daily line up and conducts in his/her absence.
∎ Know and implements company safety standards.
∎ Provide services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.
∎ Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.
∎ Handle guest problems and complaints.
∎ Provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
∎ Perform any other official task assigned by supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Eligible for appropriate Service Charge as per the hotel policy
