- Willingness to travel and work closely with field teams.
Responsibilities & Context: We are seeking a Delivery & Operations Trainer who will work directly with the Operations team to train delivery personnel on app usage, operational processes, and sales generation. This role also requires close coordination with internal teams such as Returns and Distribution to ensure a smooth end-to-end delivery and service experience for pharmacy partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Train delivery personnel on the Healthos mobile application, including order handling, delivery confirmation, returns, and issue reporting.
- Educate delivery staff on the complete operational workflow from order pickup, delivery, returns, and distribution handover.
- Coordinate closely with Returns, Distribution, and Operations teams to ensure smooth process execution and clear communication.
- Train and guide delivery personnel on professional communication and relationship-building with pharmacy owners.
- Enable delivery staff to generate sales, encourage repeat orders, and onboard pharmacies to place orders through the app.
- Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for delivery personnel.
- Monitor field performance, identify gaps, and provide feedback to improve efficiency and sales output.
- Support Operations in improving service quality and reducing delivery or process-related issues.
