∎ We are looking to hire Project Managers and Dedicated Coaches who can support our programs in Bangladesh. The program aims to mentor and link the program-facilitated Local Service Providers (LSP) with the government and private sector.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide training and mentorship (virtual & in-person) support to micro- entrepreneurs (LSPs) for improving their knowledge & skills in conducting business.
∎ Guide & review the training progress & activities of the LSPs and hold them accountable to achieve their goals and vision
∎ Assist LSPs in maintaining and managing their customer records, business transaction information, money receivable and payable
∎ Coach LSPs in conducting good business practices, building customer relationships and loyalty, understanding competition, and negotiating with suppliers
∎ Gather regular feedback from the LSPs, coordinate with the program management team in resolving the issues, if any, and compile periodic reports
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong community engagement/ extension/ agriculture training experience, good public speaking, presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills (Bangla and English), and passion for supporting.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
