∎ We are looking to hire Project Managers and Dedicated Coaches who can support our programs in Bangladesh. The program aims to mentor and link the program-facilitated Local Service Providers (LSP) with the government and private sector.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer engagement and overall project management
∎ Program implementation support & capacity building of the teams
∎ Lead partnership building process to nurture and grow strong partnerships with all the stakeholders in the ecosystem
∎ Provide mentorship support and technical backstopping to the dedicated coaches
∎ Drive solution design, market development, and establish working linkages with all the partners
∎ Organize training workshops to ensure the scalability & effectiveness of the program
∎ Travel to Kurigram, Gaibandha, Sirajganj, Jamalpur, Netrokona, Kishoreganj, Hobiganj, Sunamganj, and other locations as needed
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in grass-root programming around agriculture, livestock, WASH, health and experience in project management, program reporting, presentations, troubleshooting with good written and oral communication skills in Bangla and English. Preference would be given to candidates who are entrepreneurial with a growth mindset and working experience with social enterprises, international NGOs with good hands on experience in managing digital platforms and process thinking.
Salary: Tk. 70000 - 80000 (Monthly)
