• Head Office (Dhaka) role with regular factory visits (Gazipur) to collect/validate data

• Build KPIs & dashboards for RMG formal-wear operations

• Strong Excel/SQL/BI exposure

• Excellent Communication and Presentation (English & Bangla)

• Strong inter-departmental collaboration skills to work effectively

We are looking for a Data / Operations Analyst to support senior leadership by collecting, consolidating, and structuring operational and business data from multiple sources. The role will focus on identifying data gaps, building meaningful KPIs/dashboards, and translating garment manufacturing workflows into measurable systems to improve decision-making, governance, and operational clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, consolidate, and clean data from multiple sources (Excel, ERP/MIS, production reports, quality reports, planning sheets, etc.).

• Visit factory periodically to gather primary data, verify reporting accuracy, and align data definitions with operations teams.

• Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, duplication, and reliability issues; recommend corrective actions and controls.

• Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards (e.g., output, efficiency, WIP, DHU/alteration, lead time, OTIF shipment readiness).

• Understand end-to-end factory workflows (cutting–sewing–finishing–packing; warehouse flow; order-to-ship) and convert them into measurable reporting systems.

• Prepare weekly/monthly management reporting packs with insights, trends, and key observations.

• Create and maintain documentation: KPI definitions, reporting logic, SOPs, process maps, and data dictionaries.
