Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in social science or any relevant subject from a recognized University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ MIS planning and implementation:
∎ Lead for facility MIS workplan and implementation with the direction of focal from the organization and Sr. Manager - M&E from region.
∎ According to the work plan, ensure the accomplishments and reporting of all MIS related activities, training and day to day troubleshooting within stipulated timeline.
∎ Lead to conduct different assessments and surveys as prescribed from regional/national level, monitor, and check the quality of collected data by systematic way.
∎ Provide assistance and build capacity of service provider for MIS implementation and documentation at facility level.

∎ Data analysis and reporting:
∎ Data compile, process, analyze, prepare report, and submit to the district level weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly for review of performance and reporting within the stipulated timeline.
∎ Ensure collection of reports from facility and compile for customize analysis as per priority indicators and requirement from managers and update QI board at the facility.
∎ Ensure flawless functionality of designed MIS operations so that all reports are timely and completely submitted into the system.

∎ Monitoring and Assessment:
∎ Develop monitoring tool and conduct assessment e.g. kobo tool box, facility assessment.
∎ Directly engage with the implementation of QI bundles in facilities.
∎ Develop facility dashboard for performance monitoring. Identify low coverage and share with team so that actions can be taken based on the monitoring dashboard.

∎ Quality of data:
∎ Develop mechanism for routine data quality assessment. Conduct DQA as per plan, jointly with Sr. Manager - M&E and document the findings, actions and follow up of DQA.
∎ Develop mechanism to compare data quality between routine MIS and register and reporting. Address if there any inconsistency.
∎ Collaboration:
∎ Strong coordination needs to maintain with the district and Upazila coordinator to perform activities in coordinated manner with the close collaboration of program focal from organization and Sr. Manager - M&E from region.
∎ Maintain communication and coordination with regional and national MIS team for overall guidance and directives.
∎ Use of data:
∎ Play key role to ensure use of data for planning and decision making by the district and Upazila managers of MoH&FW as well as project team.
∎ Update dashboard and QI board for facility level as per the requirement of the managers, which should be in align with QI and other critical indicators.
∎ Provide assistance and technical support to the managers for data driven performance review monthly and quarterly at Upazila and district level for involving local level planning and decision making.
∎ Prepare presentations and briefs for key events, dissemination, and performance review.
∎ Use of tools and methods:
∎ Use prescribed tools and method for routine monitoring and assessments.
∎ Develop customized tools for data collection or self-monitoring purpose or as per program requirement.

Additional Requirements:

∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skill both in English and Bangla
∎ Proficient in Computer Operations, MS Office Application including typing preferably in English and Bengali both E-mail & Internet.

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
