  • Experience in data entry or customer support will be an advantage.
  • Skills in Photoshop and graphic design will be considered a plus.

Additional Requirements:

  • Proficiency in basic computer operations (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Good typing speed in both English and Bengali preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (morning, evening, night) is mandatory.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a tech-driven environment.

Job Description: Taghyeer Technologies is a software development company specialize in software engineering and web development, while also managing diverse international ventures, including travel agencies, gold trading, and other business sectors. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Chattogram team as Data Entry & Customer Support Executives. In this role, you will ensure accurate data management, provide timely customer assistance, and contribute to smooth day-to-day operations within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain records in our in-house software.

  • Provide timely customer support through our internal messaging platform.

  • Follow instructions from team leaders and work collaboratively with colleagues.

  • Ensure data accuracy, privacy, and operational efficiency.

  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.
