• 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in fintech, NBFC, banking, or financial services.

• Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and at least one programming language (Python, R, or similar).

• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

• Experience with statistical modeling, forecasting, and A/B testing.

• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of financial data, digital payments, or mobile financial services is a strong plus.

• Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Bangladesh team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, generating insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making across multiple departments. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with statistical tools, and an understanding of fintech, NBFC, or financial services data environments.

Responsibilities :

• Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

• Work closely with Product, Business, Compliance, and Finance teams to support data-driven strategies.

• Develop dashboards and reports for management, enabling effective decision-making.

• Conduct financial and operational data analysis to improve product performance and customer experience.

• Use data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.

• Support predictive modeling and forecasting to guide business planning.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with local regulations and company policies.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and improve reporting efficiency.

• Provide ad hoc analysis and recommendations on business performance.
