Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or relevant field

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop necessary segmentation both independently or with team based on business need
∎ Collaborate with key stakeholders from product and marketing team for bringing actionable insights
∎ Analyze performance of different Campaign and initiatives to improve base management
∎ Capable to manage operational tasks independently
∎ Work with team to prepare business story based on 360 analysis
∎ Deliver on demand report and segment based on business demand
∎ Automation and simplification of routine process
∎ Work with cross functional team for churn management, digital segmentation for incremental business
∎ Prepare various reports and monitor market wise (Pre and Post-Paid) activities and behavior, quality of sales, regional sales trend, churn customer activity & behavior
∎ Acquire, store and update all critical customer data in an organized manner
∎ Empower Product & CVM with business insights to make data driven business decisions

Additional Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or relevant field
∎ 1 year experience in BI & DWH is preferable
∎ Required Capabilities- Basic programing language
∎ Basic knowledge on RDBMS technologies and SQL
∎ Data visualization capabilities
∎ Creative mindset
∎ Communication and presentation skill
∎ Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint as added advantage
∎ Preferred Industry/Company- Telecommunication
