- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to enhance the customer experience.
