∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate IT Support, Customer Support, English on Business Communication, IT Support Service, IT system support and maintenance, Live Chat, Technical Support Engineer, Windows or Linux server administration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for some technical customer support specialists to maintain our support system and resolve queries of customers on Virtual Private Servers (VPS) & web hosting services independently through our ticket system, email, live chat, or phone quickly, efficiently, and accurately. You are responsible for providing professional technical support as well as high customer satisfaction.
∎ Basic knowledge of networking technology, web hosting, and server administration.
∎ Excellent customer and service orientation combined with good communication, team skills, and social competence.
∎ Superb written and verbal communication skills in English.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer client tickets, emails, or online chat regarding webserver troubleshooting, IP, Network or hosting issues, troubleshooting, etc.
∎ Installation & monitor of Windows / Linux Servers as per client order.
∎ Managed server loads, rollouts of services, scheduled tasks, monitoring tools.
∎ Understanding and monitoring network technologies (IPv4, IPv6, BGP, routing, bridging, proxies, firewalls).
∎ Upgrade servers, such as software, operating system, and applications.
∎ Handling Complete Billing and Operations.
∎ Log billable time and send invoices for support requests promptly.
∎ Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport.
∎ Available to work on rotational shifts ( Including Night shifts) & also must Be available to provide after-hours and weekend coverage as needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
