∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer query management, Customer Support/ Client Service, Tour and Travel Agency
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend customer calls, provide product information, send quotes, create invoices.
∎ Communicate with customers by email, phone, social media, in person. Must be able to maintain co-operative and close relationships with old clients and develop new customers through professional caliber.
∎ Should have knowledge of working in the hotel, travel & tourism industry
∎ Have to be excellent in both Bengali and English speaking.
∎ Should have knowledge of handling all kinds of clients and guests via online & offline
∎ Should have knowledge of sales counseling and marketing techniques.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
