Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, HSC
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Visa Processing
∎ Skills Required: Air Ticketing and Visa processing., GDS SYSTEM

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): ticketing and visa, Visa Processing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend customer calls, provide product information, send quotes, create invoices by email, phone, social media, in person.
∎ Providing visas and other necessary documents to valuable clients.
∎ Advise clients on visa requirements and assist with visa applications.
∎ Manage and oversee the visa department, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
∎ Coordinate with external agencies, embassies, and consulates to obtain visas and resolve any issues related to visa applications.
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote visa services, and increase sales.
∎ Must be able to maintain co-operative and close relationship with old clients and develop new customers through professional caliber.
∎ Making a reservation and issuing Airline Tickets to the customers.
∎ Making and confirming bookings, often via a Global Distribution System (GDS)
∎ Make online reservation tour packages.
∎ Have to be excellent in both Bengali and English speaking.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
