HostCMT is looking for a Customer Support Intern. This internship is learning-focused, providing hands-on experience in web hosting, WordPress, and client support.

The intern will handle all company customer support channels and assist with basic WordPress and hosting tasks.

Work will be remote, but the intern is required to attend one physical meeting per week.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle WHMCS helpdesk tickets
• Provide support via live chat, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and email
• Reply to SMS or messages from ads and promotions
• Log and follow up on support requests
• Assist with WordPress website tasks, including content uploads and page editing (Elementor / Gutenberg)
• Install, update, and perform basic plugin configuration
• Assist in website updates and minor issue fixes
• Provide basic domain and hosting support (cPanel, email, DNS)
• Monitor website and service status and report issues to admin
• Prepare simple documentation / FAQs for common support issues
• Coordinate with internal teams for day-to-day support

Work Coordination & Reporting:

• Attend one physical meeting per week
• Submit daily work updates/reports via Teams, WhatsApp, Google Doc, or task sheet
• Complete assigned tasks on time; inform admin in case of delays
