Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and innovative AI Prompt Engineer to design, optimize, and manage prompts that enhance the performance, accuracy, and reliability of AI language models. The role focuses on improving AI outputs for business, technical, and creative use cases by combining strong analytical thinking, domain knowledge, and AI understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, test, and optimize prompts for AI models (LLMs, chatbots, automation tools)
- Improve AI response quality, accuracy, tone, and contextual understanding
- Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business teams to align AI outputs with requirements
- Develop prompt libraries, templates, and best practices
- Analyze AI performance, identify limitations, and refine prompt strategies
- Ensure ethical, secure, and responsible use of AI systems
- Create documentation, guidelines, and training materials for internal teams
- Stay updated on advancements in AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering techniques
