∎ As a Customer Support Executive at Economic Consortium LTD, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience. You will be the front-line representative of our company, interacting with customers and addressing their inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reply to Facebook, YouTube, and Tiktok comments and messages
∎ Cold calling For sell Gerate
∎ Customer Support
∎ Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, or in person to assist them with their queries, product issues, or service requests.

∎ Problem Resolution: Listen attentively to customer issues, diagnose problems, and provide effective solutions. Follow up to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction.

∎ Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.

∎ Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

∎ Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and technical support, to resolve complex customer issues.

∎ Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and report findings to the relevant teams.

∎ Customer Acquisition: Actively promote our products/services and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to existing customers. Earn attractive commissions for successful customer acquisitions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
