Job Summary:
REVE Chat Limited is looking for a proactive and client-focused Customer Success Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth onboarding of our chat and messaging solutions. The ideal candidate should have moderate knowledge of software platforms and SaaS products, with strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients achieve success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with strategic accounts across EMEA, APAC and the Americas
- Lead smooth onboarding, setup and training for new customers on REVE Chat’s SaaS platform
- Monitor product usage and engagement; proactively reach out to customers showing low adoption or at risk of churn
- Collect, synthesize and share customer feedback with Product, Engineering and Support teams
- Coordinate with Support and Technical Services to resolve issues within SLA targets
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities, and work with Sales to close renewals
- Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews, success plans and best-practice recommendations
