Job Context:

An internationally renowned organization is seeking highly skilled Customer Service Specialists fluent in German or French (both spoken and written). Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in German or French via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Communicate fluently and professionally in German or French, and English to handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues; escalate complex matters to the relevant department as needed.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collect customer feedback and report insights to help improve service quality.
  • Ensure full compliance with company standards and data protection regulations.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient problem resolution.
  • Continuously enhance language proficiency and customer service skills through training programs.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Show cultural sensitivity when communicating with international clients.
  • Prepare and submit reports on service activities and trends when required.
