Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in German or French via phone, email, and live chat.
- Communicate fluently and professionally in German or French, and English to handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues; escalate complex matters to the relevant department as needed.
- Maintain updated knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to help improve service quality.
- Ensure full compliance with company standards and data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient problem resolution.
- Continuously enhance language proficiency and customer service skills through training programs.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
- Show cultural sensitivity when communicating with international clients.
- Prepare and submit reports on service activities and trends when required.
