• Freshers with good communication and computer skills are also welcome

• Smart, polite, and confident in communication

• Good handwriting and presentation skills

• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Email)

Job Context: BDS Express is an international courier and logistics company based in Motijheel, Dhaka.

We are looking for a smart, confident, and computer-literate Customer Service & Sales Executive to manage office counter sales, handle client inquiries, and provide excellent customer support. Candidates from Motijheel or nearby areas will get preference.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in and online customer inquiries politely and professionally
• Explain courier services and assist clients with booking shipments
• Maintain daily sales records and delivery updates
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and customer reports using Word/Excel
• Communicate with clients through phone, email, and messenger
• Track international shipments and update customers when needed
• Support basic administrative and sales-related office tasks
