∎ 4+ years of experience in a customer service, preferably in FMCG and the building materials industry.

∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
∎ Ability to handle difficult customers and situations with professionalism and patience.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and feedback via email, social media platforms, and social messaging apps, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
∎ Manage and organize email correspondence and the main customer service contact email account.
∎ Receive, document, and address customer complaints effectively, maintaining a complaint log for tracking and reporting purposes.
∎ Work with relevant departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction, forwarding customer requirements for action and follow-up.
∎ Maintain an up-to-date customer database with accurate contact details and interaction history, ensuring all customer interactions are logged and tracked in the system.
∎ Attend and manage calls on the company’s hotline number, providing information, assistance, and support to callers, and ensuring the hotline is always operational and attended.
