Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduate in any discipline with minimum CGPA of 3.00 (on the scale of 4) from any reputed University.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet customers/visitors & directing them to the appropriate department, maintain calendars for appointments, receive and dispatch mail/boxes to the relevant departments.
∎ Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
∎ Answer phones in a professional manner and route calls as necessary
∎ Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, etc.
∎ Perform ad-hoc administrative duties
∎ Act as a liaison between IDLC and its customers/visitors, provide product/services information and answer customer queries over the phone, email, social media or face-to-face.
∎ Resolve emerging problems that customers might face with accuracy and efficiency, determine root cause of the problem and offer best solution.
∎ Provide best in class service to customers and internal stakeholders with focus on consistent delivery of positive customer experience.
∎ Proactively seek feedback and be involved in process of streamlining to improve operational efficiency and provide superior customer service.
∎ Reach out to customers through technology or in person, communicating to them about the company’s products/services, and verifying information regarding their accounts.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Work experience not more than 02 year(s) can also apply. Candidate having experience in customer experience department of Bank/NBFI/Telco/Air/health/relevant service industry will be considered as additional advantage
∎ Candidate with positive attitude and pro-activeness, patience in interactions, exceptional listening, perceiving, and understanding ability are encouraged to apply
∎ Excellent inter personal skills, team player, problem solving attitude along with excellent proficiency in English
∎ Good personal presentation, especially when working with customers face to face
∎ Confidence, patience, politeness, tact & diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations;
∎ Creative thinking, able to come up with new ideas to improve Customer Service standards;
∎ Strong command over MS Office specially Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Salary: Negotiable
