• Applicants have to be fluent in English speaking and be able to work at night shift.
• Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Night Shift (8.00 pm to 5.00 am) including Break.
• FLUENCY IN ENGLISH IS A MUST!

• Manage large number of outbound calls to USA/ Canada customers in a timely manner.

• sell services producd over the phone as per the instruction provided.

• Receiving customers` enquirers, selling services/ products over telephone as per the instruction provided.

• During each call, follow the "sales scripts" to address different topics.

• Find out what the customer needs, clarify the issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
