Responsibilities & Context:

  • Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries regarding international shipments, tracking, delivery times, and customs procedures.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, ensuring timely and accurate information.

  • Assist customers with order placement, cancellations, and returns.

  • Track shipments and provide updates to customers regarding delivery status.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.

  • Coordinate with international courier partners and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing personalized solutions.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international shipping regulations, tariffs, and service offerings.

  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Contribute to improving internal processes to enhance customer experience.

  • Knowing about international express and freight forwarding gives you an advantage in getting a job.
