Convincing ability. Good English typing speed. Good communication skill in English. Well disciplined, honest and self motivated. Ability to make the correct decisions on time. Good skill in computer operating & internet browsing. Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skill. Agree to work from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM, 6 (Six) days in a week.

Responsibilities & Context:

Customer handling, Customer`s message check, Reply customer`s queries properly, Follow up check, Daily task and schedule check, Store handling, Daily performance check, Communication on time, Reporting & any other task assign by the authority.
