∎ Customer Assistance:
∎ Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist with any product-related inquiries.
∎ Offer product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
∎ Assist customers with locating items, explaining store layouts, and providing information about promotions or discounts.
∎ Ensure customers receive quick and efficient assistance, creating a positive store environment.
∎ Handling Customer Complaints:
∎ Address and resolve customer complaints in a calm, professional, and courteous manner.
∎ Escalate complex issues to the Customer Service Supervisor or Store Manager when necessary.
∎ Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and the customer is satisfied.
∎ Product Knowledge and Store Policies:
∎ Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of store products, services, promotions, and policies to better assist customers.
∎ Ensure that all product information and promotional materials are clearly communicated to customers.
∎ Educate customers about store loyalty programs, discounts, and special offers.
∎ Store Environment Maintenance:
∎ Keep the customer service desk area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
∎ Ensure promotional signage, flyers, and informational materials are up to date and visible.
∎ Support store-wide cleanliness and organization by assisting with tidying up the sales floor as needed.
