Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Communication
Handle incoming customer complaints, queries, and track customer inquiries.
Assist the core customer service team to ensure high service satisfaction.
Support swift complaint resolution and escalate complex issues directly to management when necessary.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with riders, sellers, and internal teams.
Operations & Data Management
Maintain accurate client records and track ongoing customer interactions.
Update daily logs and organize all customer-related office records.
Prepare routine performance and operational reports for executives.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Monitor service delivery standards and ensure absolute compliance with the service workflow.
Follow company policies strictly for customer handling while maintaining solid confidentiality regarding sellers` data.
Identify and report trending themes or patterns in customer feedback to help improve service.
