Company Overview

  • Asia Rapid Logistics is an end-to-end e-commerce logistics and supply chain service provider designed specially for online businesses in Bangladesh. We provide comprehensive, start-to-finish support including product sourcing from China (with quality checks and payment handling), import and customs clearance, warehouse storage, order processing, and final nationwide packing and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support & Communication

  • Handle incoming customer complaints, queries, and track customer inquiries.

  • Assist the core customer service team to ensure high service satisfaction.

  • Support swift complaint resolution and escalate complex issues directly to management when necessary.

  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with riders, sellers, and internal teams.

  • Operations & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate client records and track ongoing customer interactions.

  • Update daily logs and organize all customer-related office records.

  • Prepare routine performance and operational reports for executives.

  • Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Monitor service delivery standards and ensure absolute compliance with the service workflow.

  • Follow company policies strictly for customer handling while maintaining solid confidentiality regarding sellers` data.

  • Identify and report trending themes or patterns in customer feedback to help improve service.
