Experience:
Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Experience in Customer Service / Call Center / Social Media Customer Support will be an advantage
Willingness to work in shift-based duty
Good communication skills in Bangla and English
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, social media inbox handling)
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
This position is responsible for providing customer support through phone calls and social media, replying to customer messages, answering calls, and working in shift-based schedules to ensure timely and effective customer service.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
Handle inbound customer phone calls professionally and efficiently
Reply to customer messages and provide accurate information
Receive and resolve customer complaints; escalate issues when necessary
Maintain daily records of calls, messages, and customer interactions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Follow assigned shift schedules and company policies
