  • Good communication skills in Bangla and English

  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, social media inbox handling)

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks



Responsibilities & Context:

This position is responsible for providing customer support through phone calls and social media, replying to customer messages, answering calls, and working in shift-based schedules to ensure timely and effective customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)

  • Handle inbound customer phone calls professionally and efficiently

  • Reply to customer messages and provide accurate information

  • Receive and resolve customer complaints; escalate issues when necessary

  • Maintain daily records of calls, messages, and customer interactions

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Follow assigned shift schedules and company policies
