∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Support/ Client Service, Expertise in MS Office

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To act as first point of contact for all types of BSEL customers via telephone and email
∎ To deal with customers'/agents' queries promptly and professionally and try to resolve all the matters on the same phone call/email
∎ To liaise with other internal teams and corresponding banks pro-actively to resolve any kind of customer/agent queries
∎ To contact the corresponding banks to get the best possible exchange rates for every day
∎ To proactively assist any beneficiaries who needs any support
∎ To carry out transactions over the telephone for non-face-to-face transactions
∎ To process any transaction in accordance with the company policy and management approval
∎ To update the exchange rate on the Remit ERP system as and when the rate is updated for any bank
∎ To communicate with all corresponding banks each month to collect the month end balances and to resolve any reconciliation issues promptly
∎ To communicate with all corresponding banks with any cover fund or encashment instructions

∎ Effective interpersonal skills like empathy, good listener, patience, respect for others, comforting people when they need it, etc.
∎ Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
∎ Be able to work as a team player
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet browsers
∎ Professional English speaking and writing
∎ Solver of mathematical problems
∎ Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
