Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Attending Phone calls and maintaining call logs.
∎ Should be able to handle visitors properly and politely.
∎ Receiving customer queries and forwarding them to the concerned department.
∎ Collecting information from the customer and inputting this correctly and appropriately into the database.
∎ Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.
∎ Providing product information to the customer
∎ High on energy and enthusiastic to ensure the quality of service to our customers
∎ Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching every issue and providing solutions and/or alternatives.
∎ Receiving customer complaints and inputting those in the system for necessary measures
∎ Developing and maintaining close relationships with both existing and potential customers.
∎ Inquiring questions to understand customer requirements and providing them with proper information about the resolution of the same/closed files.
∎ Reporting day-to-day activities to the concerned authority.
∎ Organizing and attending outdoor business meetings when necessary.
