• Age 25 to 35 years

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
• Understand customers’ requirements, preferences, and business needs.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Sales & Business Development

• Follow up with existing and potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Support the sales team in achieving sales targets.
• Prepare quotations and communicate prices, terms, and product information.

Order & Delivery Coordination

• Receive and coordinate customer orders.
• Follow up with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Keep customers updated about order status, delivery schedules, and any delays.

Customer Follow-up

• Regularly contact customers for feedback and satisfaction.
• Follow up on pending quotations, orders, payments, and complaints.
• Inform customers about new products, offers, and services.
