Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide all information to the clients & students about visit visa, work visa, total cost & breakdown, tuition fees, course duration, accommodations, and others information related to the issues.
∎ Complete visa process.
∎ International business communications and if required communicate with foreign organizations on behalf of company
∎ Attracts potential candidates by providing proper counseling.
∎ Receive and reply emails, carry out marketing and promotions via online and newspaper advertisements.
∎ Clients database maintenance and update regularly and give necessary feedback
∎ Accurate counseling direct & over the phone.
∎ Expert for Client handle face to face.
∎ Meet & Greet clients make and receive phone calls.
∎ Maintain good communication with clients
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records.
∎ Plan, execute, supervise, and monitor business plans.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Experience of Visa consultancy/Visa Processing/Immigration/Student Visa/Visit Visa
∎ Good experience in Europe, USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Japan, China, Schengen Visa Process will get preference
∎ females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be proficient in English (speaking and writing) and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Leadership quality and able to work under pressure.
∎ Should have good communication and computer knowledge.
∎ Necessary training will be provided. s
∎ Smart, well dressed, organized, presentable and well mannered.
∎ Should know computer basic knowledge (MS Word-Excel typing, emailing, Internet, graphic design etc)
∎ Must have excellent phone manners and patience.
