Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to manage and enhance client relationships within our data center operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer engagement, issue resolution, and service optimization, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with data center clients, ensuring their needs are met.

  • Service Coordination: Act as a liaison between technical teams and customers, ensuring smooth service delivery.

  • Issue Resolution & Support: Address customer concerns, troubleshoot service issues, and provide timely solutions.

  • Contract & SLA Management: Oversee service agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

  • Customer Engagement & Retention: Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and service improvements.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with sales, operations, and technical teams to align customer needs with business goals.
