Context:

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and friendly female candidate to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive / Sales Coordinator. The ideal person will handle customer service and sales support, as well as communicate with distributors to solve issues and help set up new ones.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers over the phone, email, and social media in a polite and professional manner.

• Understand customer needs and provide accurate information and solutions.

• Handle customer complaints and forward them to the proper department.

• Confirm bookings and appointments through calls, messages, or online platforms.

• Keep detailed records of all customer interactions.

• Follow up with customers to ensure quality service.

• Report regularly to the supervisor or management team.

• Work with internal departments to solve customer or distributor issues.

• Communicate with distributors to find problems and help set up new distributor connections.

• Maintain customer and distributor information in the system.

• Follow standard procedures (SOPs) for communication.

• Be flexible to do any other task given by the management.
