Job Summary:

We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Sales & Customer Support Executive to handle inbound customer inquiries, close sales, and deliver excellent post-sale service. You will be responsible for engaging with leads through platforms such as Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, website chat, and direct phone calls, guiding customers through the purchase process, and maintaining records of communication and sales. Direct sales experience with marketing field analysis will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with potential customers across Messenger, WhatsApp, phone calls, and Facebook.
• Handle customer inquiries, explain product benefits, and persuade customers to purchase.
• Confirm orders, process entries into the system, and coordinate with logistics for delivery.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and sales data.
• Work closely with customers and field sales teams for smooth coordination.
• Handle basic after-sales queries and provide satisfactory customer service.
