Job Context:
∎ PepsiCo- Transcom Consumer Products Ltd., the first ever PepsiCo Snack Franchise in the world. We are seeking applications from suitable candidates for a role in Sales function for our Snacks Business (Kurkure, Quaker Oats, Lay`s).
∎ Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience as the front line supervisor of sales.
∎ Freshers are discouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for execution and delivery of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales plan.
∎ Achieving Secondary sales target in assigned area using sales automation software.
∎ Supervising, managing and coaching a team of Pre-Sales Representatives (PSR).
∎ Presenting effective sales reports to immediate supervisors (ASM)
∎ Ensuring the execution of Trade Promotions, Trade Marketing initiatives and Schemes.
∎ Keeping updated with Market Intelligence and making the best use of it in assigned area.
∎ Exploring new and potential markets

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1 year of experience should be in similar position.
∎ Should have work experience with sales automation software.
∎ Good Communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Flexibility to be transferred to anywhere in Bangladesh.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
