Responsibilities & Context: Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information regarding company products and services.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Prepare customer service reports as required.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with customers.
