Job Responsibilities:
∎ Tele Sales
∎ Conversations with Local Agent, Client, and Organizations
∎ Arrange Appointments and Meetings
∎ In-House Marketing / Desk
∎ Digital Literacy (Email, Microsoft Office, Google Spreadsheet especially)
∎ Maintain excellent relationship with clients.
∎ Provide accurate and quality service to clients.
∎ Ensure results from field force by maintaining quality within provided deadline.
∎ Generate more business from the client based on services provided.
∎ Managing and leadership quality
∎ Decision making capacity and take responsibility
∎ Pro active and flexible to assigned job
∎ Answer quarries of customer through phone calls
∎ Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
∎ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
∎ Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
∎ Take the extra mile to engage customers
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
∎ Follow up customer calls.
