• Bachelor/Honors

Bachelor’s degree preferred; HSC accepted with experience

• Age At most 30 years

Customer Contact Requirement:

• Must be readily available on mobile for client communication at all times.

Language Proficiency:

• Hindi – Fluent (speaking)
• English – Fluent (speaking)
• Bengali – Good

Experience:

• Prior experience in customer service or sales is required
• Experience in social media or e-commerce page management will be considered a strong advantage

Other Requirements:

• Female candidates are especially encouraged to apply
• Basic computer use (MS Word, Excel, Email)
• Handling international inbound/outbound calls
• Social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business)

• Communicate with customers regarding MX Hair wig and hair extension products
• Handle international calls, WhatsApp, Messenger, and email inquiries
• Take customer orders, provide product suggestions, and process invoices
• Maintain customer database and follow up for repeat business
• Create and post promotional content on Facebook & Instagram
• Reply to messages, comments, and engage with followers professionally
• Work closely with the sales/packing team to ensure timely delivery
• Assist in content creation (basic captions, photo selection, simple videos)
• Support live sessions, campaigns, or special offer promotions
• Handle basic product knowledge, FAQs, and train to explain hair wig types/textures
• Maintain daily work logs and customer interaction reports
