Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a smart, customer-focused, and proactive Customer Care Executive(Female) to manage client communication and ensure excellent service experience in our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.

  1. Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in clients regarding property sales and services

  2. Provide accurate information about projects, pricing, payment plans, and handover timelines

  3. Maintain strong communication between clients and internal departments (Sales, Accounts, Engineering)

  4. Follow up with potential and existing customers regularly

  5. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction

  6. Maintain and update customer database

  7. Assist in booking, documentation, and handover process

  8. Coordinate with site team regarding project updates and client visits

  9. Prepare customer service reports and feedback analysis
