  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, e-mail an social media.

  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers.

  • Keep records of customer interactions and feedback.

  • Collaborate with the sales and technical team to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Help to manage online customer queries related to Energy+ products and services.

  • Any other task assigned by the Department Head.
