Respond to customer inquiries via phone, e-mail an social media.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers.
Keep records of customer interactions and feedback.
Collaborate with the sales and technical team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Help to manage online customer queries related to Energy+ products and services.
Any other task assigned by the Department Head.
