Responsibilities & Context:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with a positive attitude
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Provide information about products, services, and promotions
- Follow up on customer issues to ensure resolution
- Meet performance targets and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Manage and respond to messages and inquiries across Facebook and other social media platforms, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Coordinate with Sales Team to follow up leads on regular basis.
