Responsibilities & Context:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with a positive attitude
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Provide information about products, services, and promotions
  • Follow up on customer issues to ensure resolution
  • Meet performance targets and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Manage and respond to messages and inquiries across Facebook and other social media platforms, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Coordinate with Sales Team to follow up leads on regular basis.
