- কাস্টমারের সাথে স্পষ্টভাবে ও শুদ্ধভাষায় কথা বলা জানতে হবে।
- নিয়মিত পাঁচ ওয়াক্ত নামাজ আদায়কারী (আবশ্যক)
- সুন্নতি দাড়ি রক্ষণকারী (আবশ্যক)
- প্র্যাকটিসিং মুসলিম হতে হবে| বেসিক কম্পিউটার নলেজ আবশ্যক।
Responsibilities & Context:
Quranic Treatment BD, রুপনগর, মিরপুর-২ এ ১ জন টেলিসেলস এবং কাস্টমার সাপোর্ট এক্সিকিউটিভ নিয়োগ দেওয়া হবে।
দায়িত্বসমূহ:
ক্লায়েন্ট কাউন্সিলিং, কল সেন্টার সাপোর্ট,
অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্ট ও অনলাইন মেসেজ রিপ্লাই। কাস্টমারদের অভিযোগ ও মতামত নেয়া ।
সময় ও সুবিধা: সকাল ৮:৩০টা–রাত ৮:৩০টা
