Responsibilities & Context:

Credence Housing Limited is looking for candidates for the position of Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive in Customer Accounts.

  • Collection or ensure Monthly Schedule Payments, Overdue Payments, Advance, Utility, and others Compensation for Delay Payment and Registration Costs from our valued clients with effective communication.

  • Send Invoices, Letters, Reminders, and Notices as required to ensure collection of payment in time. Also follow-up the Customer through phone calls and visits to realize all payments within scheduled time.

  • Build relationships with all of our valued clients whether they are capable enough to ensure our due payment in time and also measure them about their ability to pay Advance Installments.

  • Maintain the Customer file systematically and update the same with all necessary documents, correspondence, loan proposals, collection schedule and status, etc.

  • Preparation of Monthly forecasted revenue collection schedule and update the schedule by posting the payment schedule of New Sale Agreement.

  • Revenue Collection for Registration as per the calculation of registration cost with mutation, registration form fills up, wanting for all documents receiving for registration & co-ordination step by step.

  • Co-ordinate with legal & logistics & Accounts department for Registration work and related sale permission, sale deeds and other documents as well as deliver those documents to the respective Apt. owner`s property as per requirements up to mutation.

  • Counseling and preliminary assessment the customers assist them to select Financial Institution, and prepare documentation for Loan application.

  • Maintaining good relationships with the Financial Institutions through regular interaction with different Institutions by arranging various discussion sessions.
