Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Ensure timely follow-ups and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
∎ CRM System Management: Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer information. Monitor and analyze CRM data to identify trends and opportunities. Use CRM tools to track client interactions and project milestones.
∎ Customer Engagement: Develop and execute customer engagement initiatives such as newsletters, feedback surveys, and loyalty programs. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement campaigns to attract and retain customers.
∎ Sales Support: Assist the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Provide insights into client needs and preferences to tailor sales approaches. Financial offer making
∎ Customer Feedback & Insights: Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery. Collaborate with the design and operations teams to address client concerns effectively.
