As a Credit Recovery Officer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the recovery process for outstanding loans. Your role will involve assessing repayment situations, communicating with borrowers, and implementing strategies to ensure timely repayments. You will work closely with the finance and customer service teams to identify and address issues that may impede recovery efforts.

• Oversee and manage the recovery of outstanding loans, ensuring timely repayments.

• Evaluate repayment situations and identify risks associated with non-repayment.

• Maintain regular contact with borrowers to negotiate repayment plans and resolve issues.

• Ensure all recovery activities are accurately documented and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.

• Work closely with finance and customer service teams to identify and address repayment obstacles.

• Prepare and present reports on loan recovery status and performance to management.

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies regarding loan recovery.
